These items were collected from various police departments:

Sept. 22 — Leroy T. Steiner, 29, of Oakland Township, was charged with felony DUI, related to a Sept. 19 report of a man passed out in a vehicle on 5th Street in East Butler.Police said they located the reported vehicle and found Steiner passed out behind the wheel of his still-runnning vehicle. Police said they smelled alcohol in the vehicle, and field sobriety tests showed Steiner was impaired.Police said a later breath test showed Steiner's blood-alcohol content at .177%, and in Pennsylvania a level of .08% is considered intoxicated.Sept. 21 — James E. Hammerle, 26, of West Mifflin, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from an Aug. 27 traffic stop on New Castle Road near West Park Road in Slippery Rock Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle for crossing lines on the road. Police said they smelled alcohol in the vehicle, and field sobriety tests showed Hammerle was impaired.Police said a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at .199%, and in Pennsylvania a level of .08% is considered intoxicated.Sept. 21 — Jordan B. Barricklow, 22, of Sharon, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from a July 4 traffic stop on Route 422 near Pleasant Valley Road in Muddy Creek Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle for speeding at 83 mph in a 55 mph zone. Police said they smelled marijuana in the vehicle, and field sobriety tests showed Barricklow was impaired.Police said a later blood test showed marijuana in his system.Sept. 21 — Shawn M. Fulmer, 31, of East Butler, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from a Sept. 16 traffic stop on East Jefferson Street near Main Street in Butler.Police said they stopped the vehicle for failing to use a left turn signal. Police said they smelled alcohol on Fulmer's breath, and field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.Police said Fulmer denied having his blood tested.Sept. 21 — Zachary L. Latour, 34, of Conneaut Lake, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from an Aug. 5 traffic stop on Route 422 in Franklin Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle for crossing lines on the road. Police said Latour had droopy eyelids and slurred speech, and field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.Police said a later blood test showed meth and fentanyl in his system.Sept. 20 — Stacie L. Broskey, 58, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense DUI, stemming from an Aug. 27 traffic stop on Mercer Road near Blossom Drive in Center Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle for speeding at 56 mph in a 35 mph zone. Police said they smelled alcohol in the vehicle, and field sobriety tests showed Broskey was impaired.Police said a later breath test showed her blood-alcohol content at .133%, and in Pennsylvania a level of .08% is considered intoxicated.Sept. 20 — Ginnyanne Celli, 46, of Evans City, was charged with felony DUI following a Sept. 20 vehicle crash on Mars Evans City Road near Watters Station Road in Forward Township.Police said witnesses saw Celli hit a deer and a trash can, then left the scene. Police said they found Celli a short time later, smelling of alcohol, and field sobriety tests showed she was impaired.Police said a later breath test showed Celli's blood-alcohol content at .201%, and in Pennsylvania a level of .08% is considered intoxicated.

Sept. 21 — Jared E. Dean, 40, of Fombell, was charged with fleeing from an officer, related to a July 22 police chase that started in front of the Zelienople Police Station.Police said they saw Dean just as officers were leaving to start patrol, and he appeared to be speeding. Police said as they tried to catch up to Dean and were traveling at speeds of beyond 80 mph in 45 mph zones.Police said they terminated the chase, but they later identified Dean through various pieces of security footage.
