Aug. 21 — Charges of driving under the influence and two summary violations were filed against Joanie L. Corbett, 42, of Rimersburg, following a traffic stop on East McQuistion Road.July 6 -— Tashina Chanel Booher was charged with possession of a small amount of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the Get Go parking lot along Route 8.Aug. 22 — Charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were filed against Justin Michael Delancey, 31, of Butler, and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia were filed against Celina Marie Rains, 29, of Butler, after police responded to a report of a woman appearing to have injected something into her arm in a grassy area in a parking lot along North Duffy Road.

Aug. 6 — A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was filed against Bryan Benjamin McKinney, 37, of Gibsonia, after he allegedly was found unresponsive in a room in the Red Roof Inn and revived using Narcan.Dec. 8, 2020 — Charges of possession of an instrument of crime and harassment were filed against Robert Kevin Preston, 44, of Elkridge, Md., for allegedly disseminating altered photos of a woman's face over a nude photo of a different woman.July 29 — Erik Vincent Jeffries, 56, of Nichols, S.C., was charged with accidents involving an attended vehicle and three summary violations for allegedly leaving the scene of an accident in the area of Route 19 and Cranberry Square Drive.

Aug. 10 — Charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a summary violation were filed against Tyler Walter Allen Smith, 24, of East Brady, following a traffic stop on Petrolia Street in Karns City.June 27 — Charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and three summary traffic violations were filed against Lance Edwin Rihn, 20, of Butler, following a traffic stop on North Duffy Road in Butler Township.July 2 — Charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and four summary traffic violations were filed against David Roy Franz, 26, of Butler, following a traffic stop on Chicora Road in Summit Township.
