The Adams Township Board of Supervisors approved a minor subdivision Monday for the proposed GetGo convenience store, No. 3304, that would be built on property belonging to MHY Services, near Mars Area High School.

The motion created a plot subdivided from that land so that if the GetGo is finally approved, the land can later be sold to GetGo. The plan was discussed at this month's township planning commission meeting.

The next steps for this development will be to discuss the site plan at the next planning commission meeting on Sept. 1. If approved, the GetGo site plan will be voted on at an Adams Township supervisors meeting later in the month.
