On behalf of all my family, I would like to sincerely thank Kelsie Stransky and her family for spearheading the Caitlyn “Sis” Kaufman, RN Memorial Walk held on July 24, 2021. In addition, I would like to thank all the area businesses who made donations to the walk and to all those who donated the beautiful baskets. A special thanks to Mark IM for the beautiful banner of my daughter, which they donated along with profits from the T-Shirt sales; to Steve Wick for providing security and for Maggie and Jamie Smith who donated their time and DJ’d the event.

My family is so grateful for the community support, kindness, generosity, and love we have received since the tragic events of December 3, 2020, that took Caitlyn’s life. That night has changed our lives forever. Caitlyn’s memory will continue to live on through the BC3 Scholarship set up on her behalf and donation made to the new nursing facility at BC3. All proceeds raised from the Walk and Basket Raffle sales went to Butler County Community College and promises to continue to help Nursing Students for years to come.

Thank you all so much for all you have done and continue to do to help my family learn to cope with the loss we suffered, when losing Caitlyn.
