In memory of Richard Eakin

who passed away five years ago July 21, 2016.

It’s lonesome here without you, and sad in every way.

For life is not the same for us, since you were called away.

God takes the best for reasons unknown.

But gives us memories we are proud to own.

I miss you dearly, and always will.

For you left a place no one can fill.

You slipped away without a goodbye
