NEW WILMINGTON — Westminster College graduate student and Seneca Valley graduate Frank Cinicola has been named first team Academic All-District Division III in baseball.

A two-time Presidents’ Athletic Conference selection, Cinicola boasts a 3.77 grade point average while obtaining his Master of Business Administration degree.

Cinicola advances to the CoSIDA Academic All-America ballot, which will be announced later this month.
