UPDATE: Brookbank has been located by the Butler City Police Department and released to a family member, a trooper with Troop D in Butler said in a Wednesday email. State police are seeking a Butler teen who has run away from home on several occasions.A news release from Troop D in Butler states that Charles Joseph Brookbank, 14, was last seen at 7 p.m. on Thursday in Butler.The youth's girlfriend told police she spoke with Charles that night at a city fireworks display, which he subsequently left.Police have been unable to find Charles since Thursday evening.The teen is 6 feet 3 inches in height and weighs 200 pounds.He has brown eyes and brown, shoulder-length hair with curls at the tips.Anyone with information on Charles Brookbank should call Troop D, Butler barracks at 724-284-8100.
