County duo wins Pa. harness race
WASHINGTON, Pa. — Trainer Nathan Bresnahan of Butler and owner Tyler Williams of Chicora teamed for a stakes win Friday in the $20,000 Pennsylvania Stallion Series at The Meadows.
Gingerazz, a 2-year-old filly in only her second career start, pulled off an 8-1 upset.
Elsewhere on the harness racing card, Brady Brown of Slippery Rock won twice. He drove the Great Who Dini, a 3-year-old trotter trained by Steve Schoeffel of Evans City and owned by Virginia and Kathy Schoeffel, to victory in a $6,800 Conditioned event.
Brown also won with La Nancio, a 4-year-old trotting mare.
