Family Fishing is planned for 9 to 11 a.m. July 2 at Bear Run Boat Launch on the South Shore at Moraine State Park.

The Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission hosts the Family Fishing Program.

Learn basic fishing skills like knot tying, casting, baiting the hook, and taking a fish off the hook.

Families have the opportunity to fish with no fishing license required. All equipment will be provided.

What’s the catch? Adults must bring a child and children must bring an adult.
