June 21 — Michael D. Currie, 33, of Natrona Heights, was charged with driving during an accident involving an injury to another person following a June 7 two-vehicle crash on Route 356 in Butler Township.Police said Currie had a suspended driver's license when his vehicle rear-ended another vehicle. Police said the other driver initially refused medical treatment at the scene, but later needed medical attention.June 21 — Bryan M. Webb, 37, of Butler, was charged with access device fraud and theft, related to stolen funds from a bank account.Police said Webb was asked by a friend to get cigarettes and put $10 in the gas tank of a vehicle. Police said instead, Webb went to an ATM and withdrew $120 from the friend's account.Police said Webb told them he did so by accident.June 21 — Edward L. Osche, 68, of Butler, was charged with harassment following a May 21 incident with a woman.Police said Osche pulled alongside a woman in his white van, exited the vehicle and asked her to “cop a feel.”Police said the woman refused and called police, who found Osche in the Wendy's parking lot. According to police, Osche admitted to the interaction.June 21 — Deanna M. Russo, 51, of Butler, was charged with retail theft, related to items stolen from Walmart.Police said Russo stole about $177 worth of items, including clothes and DVDs.

June 18 — Nadine Ndayishimiye, 30, of Buffalo, N.Y., was charged with prostitution, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.Police said they were initially called for a reported armed robbery by a prostitute. Police found Ndayishimiye to fit the description of the alleged robber, and they entered the room due to the imminent danger posed to officers, as it was reported she was armed.Police said Ndayishimiye was inside the room with a man, who later said he was acquiring Ndayishimiye's services. Police said they found marijuana, $3,293 cash, 29 condoms, a 9 millimeter pistol and ammunition, suspected cocaine and six suboxone strips.June 16 — Karen A. Solyan, 64, of Baden, was charged with retail theft, related to items stolen from Walmart in Cranberry Township.Police said Solyan stole about $156 worth of good, including plants, health, beauty and home goods as well as food.

June 15 — Jayne L. Hanuska, 42, of Johnstown, has been charged with credit card fraud, related to the use of a card in her daughter's name.Police said Hanuska's daughter reported to the credit card company that a card was taken out in her name, and all of the account information, listed under her name and Social Security number, was actually her mother's information.Police said Hanuska told them she opened the account with her daughter's consent.

June 21 — George E. Smith, 34, of Butler, was charged with first-offense, controlled substance DUI, stemming from a May 1 traffic stop on North Main Street in Center Township.Police stopped the vehicle for speeding. Police said field sobriety tests showed Smith was impaired, and a later blood test showed he had marijuana in his system and a blood-alcohol content of 0.129%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.June 17 — William D. Hoch, 21, of Butler, was charged with theft, related to $60 stolen from a cash register at the Center Township Athletic Association.Police said security footage shows Hoch, who was there as a volunteer, taking the money from the register.June 17 — Trevor L. Dunlap, 37, of Rimersburg, was charged with a first-offense DUI following a May 10 vehicle crash on Route 68 in Fairview Township.Police said they could not locate the driver at the scene of the crash, but during their investigation found the vehicle was driven by Dunlap. Police said they found Dunlap at a nearby home, where he was spotted in the kitchen, drinking alcohol.Police said they arrested Dunlap after he showed signs of impairment, and a later blood draw showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.169%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.June 16 — Police were called to investigate a knocked-over tombstone at the Hilliards Cemetery on Branchton Road in Venango Township.Police said the actor fled the scene by unknown means. Anyone with information should call the barracks at 724-284-8100.June 14 — Police reported the scene of a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township.Police said they cited Ram C. Basnet, 32, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, following the crash. Police said Basnet was speeding when he crashed into a second vehicle driven by Eden M. Kretzler, 19, of Prospect.Neither driver nor the two passengers in Basnet's vehicle were injured in the crash.May 31 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Route 422 in Franklin Township.Police said they cited Matthew R. Danish, 19, of Apollo following the crash, during which he drove off the road traveling between 55 and 60 mph and hit the center barrier.Danish suffered a suspected minor injury from the crash, but was not taken to the hospital.
