2:04 a.m. May 21 — Police were called to investigate a stolen motorcycle.Police said a 2007 Harley-Davidson belonging to a Slippery Rock man was stolen from a parking lot. The motorcycle reportedly was seen on Route 422 about 300 yards from where the theft took place.Anyone with information about the theft or the whereabouts of the motorcycle should call the state police barracks in Butler at 724-284-8100.12:43 p.m. May 20 — Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Oneida Valley Road in Oakland Township.Police said driver Judy I. Sankey, 65, of Parker, slowing to make a left turn when her vehicle was rear-ended by another vehicle, driven by Gilbert E. Smith, 41, of Bruin.Police said Sankey was taken by ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital for injuries of unknown severity, and Smith did not report any injuries.Smith was cited for having a suspended driver's license.8:12 a.m., May 18 — Police responded to a one-vehicle crash on Route 8 in Slippery Rock Township.Police cited Samuel W. Stayduhar, 19, of Allison Park, after he swerved to avoid a deer and took his vehicle off the road, hitting a mailbox. The vehicle continued down the road, where it hit a tree.Stayduhar was not injured in the crash.8:12 p.m. May 15 — Police responded to a motorcycle crash on Reibold Road in Forward Township.Police said Clair A. Wolfe, 63, of Connoquenessing, was banking into a left turn, when she hit a section of eroded pavement, sending her vehicle off the road.Police said Wolfe suffered injuries of unknown severity, but she was not taken to a hospital.11:12 a.m. May 15 — Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Kittanning Pike in Fairview Township.Police cited Mary K. McKee, 85, of Kittanning, for failing to yield at a stop sign, which caused her vehicle to hit a vehicle driven by Margaret B. Hetrick, 68, of Chicora.McKee was taken by ambulance to ACMH Hospital for evaluation, while neither Hetrick nor her passenger reported injuries.3:41 a.m. May 5 — Police responded to a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 79 in Worth Township.Police said Bryan Whitby, 52, of Slippery Rock, hit a deer and suffered a minor injury in the crash. Whitby refused medical transport, and the vehicle was towed from the scene.4:02 p.m. May 3 — Police responded to a one-vehicle crash on Eagle Mill Road in Connoquenessing Township.Police said they cited driver Eric J. Fleske, 28, of Butler, for speeding, after he lost control of his vehicle, which hit an embankment and rolled over twice.Neither Fleske nor his passenger were injured in the crash.
10:22 p.m. May 19 — Police responded to an one-vehicle crash on Cherry Run Road in Toby Township, Clarion County.Police said they cited Rebecca L. Jamison, 48, of Petrolia, for leaving her lane while trying banking into a right curve. Police said Jamison's vehicle travelled off the road, up a driveway and into a telephone pole guide wire.Police said Jamison then tried to back out of the yard and overturned the vehicle onto its roof as it travelled off a bank in the ground.Police said Jamison was taken by ambulance to Clarion Hospital for a suspected minor injury.
