ERIE — Freeport graduate Ashleigh Schmidt and A-C Valley graduate Cami McNany, both members of the Penn State Behrend softball team, have been named All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference.

Schmidt made second team. She was 10-1 on the mound with a 2.56 earned run average and three shutouts. She threw a no-hitter and led the AMCC in wins. She had 58 strikeouts in 65.2 innings pitched.

McNany made third team as a catcher. She is hitting .380 with 35 hits, 30 RBI and 15 doubles. She is second in the league in doubles and third in RBI.
