Tech co. with Cranberry office offers invoice tool

PAAS, a technology analytics company with a Cranberry Township office, has introduced Invari.

The new telecom invoice management platform is intended to break down traditionally difficult processes into a simplified overview of an organization’s telecom invoices, which can identify savings opportunities.

The platform offers specialized invoice workflows, cognitive capture, entity resolution, data categorization and variance reporting.

It organizes and monitors telecom invoices and detects irregularities that allow organizations to optimize telecom spending.

“Our goal was to create a platform for organizations who can benefit from an extension of their AP (accounts payable) department,” said Bennett Falck, director of spend analytics at PAAS. “We saw an opportunity to modernize a problem many organizations face with an automated solution that seamlessly identifies significant variances, so you can proactively solve billing issues.”

The platform implements minimal client intervention data ingestion, automated workflows and data aggregation, identification and optimization to ensure users are presented with the maximum opportunity for savings alongside consistent organization.

Invari delivers insights and operational efficiency as a standalone software as a service (SaaS) tool or as an integration to the PAAS360 platform.

More information about Invari can be found on the PAAS website, https://paasadvisors.com/invari.
