Moniteau girls wrap up KSAC track title
Hannah Burgoon, Rylee Long and the rest of the Moniteau girls track and field team had big days as the Warriors wrapped up a perfect 8-0 season and a KSAC championship with a 103-47 win over Cranberry.
Burgoon won the 1,600 and 800 and Long captured the 200 and triple jump for the Warriors.
The Moniteau boys also rolled, 108-34, behind three wins by David Stamm.
- Nathan Waltman won the shot and discus as the Karns City boys track and field team edged Redbank Valley, 77-73.
Shavon McCanna ran a personal-best 49.9 in the 300 hurdles, but the Gremlin girls fell just short in a 79-71 loss to Redbank Valley.
