7:47 p.m. April 24 — Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Crestview Road in Slippery Rock Township.Police have cited the driver, Debra A. Blake, 58, of Slippery Rock, with speeding. Police said both Blake and a passenger, a 5-year-old boy, were taken to a hospital for evaluation with no apparent injuries.8:44 p.m. April 23 — Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township.Police said the driver, Khadija M. Djeellouli, 27, of Pittsburgh, was uninjured in the crash and received a warning.April 22 — Christopher E. Abbott, 28, of Butler, was charged with possession of a controlled substance stemming from a March 4 traffic stop on Old Plank Road in Butler Township.Police said they stopped the vehicle because it was crossing lines on the road. They said Abbott was in the passenger seat, and he was arrested because he was wanted for unpaid fines.Police said during the interaction, they found a wallet belonging to Abbott, which contained suboxone strips for which he did not have a prescription.7:50 a.m. April 21 — Police responded to a one-vehicle crash on Centreville Pike in Brady Township.Police cited the driver, a 16-year-old boy, for the crash. The boy was not injured.April 19 — Gina M. Spagnola, 35, of Butler, was charged with a first-offense DUI stemming from an April 8 traffic stop on East New Castle Street in Butler.Police said they stopped the vehicle because it crossed lines on the road. Police said field sobriety tests indicated Spagnola was impaired, and a later breath test showed her blood-alcohol content at 0.167%.In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.April 19 — Ryan A. Glagola, 29, of Butler, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from a March 19 traffic stop on College Street in Butler.Police said they stopped the vehicle registered to Glagola because a check revealed his license had been suspended. Police said Glagola was in the driver's seat when they approached.Police said they later found two bundles of suspected heroin in Glagola's wallet and drug paraphernalia in a backpack in the vehicle. A bundle contains 50 stamp bags of heroin.
