McNany, Schmidt aid Behren sweep
ERIE — A-C Valley graduate Cami McNany and Freeport graduate Ashleigh Schmidt played key roles in Penn State Behrend’s 10-2, 8-7 softball doubleheader sweep of Pitt-Bradford Wednesday.
McNany had three hits in as many at bats in the first game. Schmidt had the game-winning walk-off single in the second game.
