The following items were collected from various police departments:

1:36 a.m., March 28 — Lance N. Jacobson-Barlow, 21, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two counts of DUI and two summary traffic offenses. Jacobson-Barlow was charged after police allegedly saw him driving a car on Route 8 and crossing the fog line three times and the center line once. When police pulled Jacobson-Barlow over they said they noticed a strong odor of alcohol coming from the car, and after submitting to a breathalyzer he was charged. A breathalyzer test allegedly revealed his blood alcohol content was 0.111%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.1:31 a.m., March 28 — William R. Slagle, 51, of Butler, was charged with two counts of DUI and two summary traffic offenses. Police said they observed Slagle driving on the wrong side of Pin Drive in the area of Geibel Road in Summit Township. A breathalyzer allegedly revealed his blood alcohol content was 0.215%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.10:30 p.m., March 20 — Donald R. Gregg, 64, of Butler, was charged with DUI, possessing a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and summary traffic offenses. Police said they saw Gregg driving erratically by making quick, jerky movements with the car on Route 8 in Cranberry Township. They said that when they stopped him, Gregg spoke rapidly and made quick movements that were described as fidgeting. Gregg consented to a car search and police allegedly turned up two bags of marijuana and a glass smoking pipe with suspected marijuana residue.3:26 p.m. Feb. 15 — Dale E. Bittner, 64, of Butler, allegedly caused an accident on Route 8 in Penn Township by cutting off another vehicle in the passing lane. When the other car hit Bittner's rear, Bittner continued to drive instead of pulling over. A witness said Bittner used the center turning lane to cut the other driver off. Police charged him with a misdemeanor accident involving damage to an attended vehicle. He was also charged with summary careless driving and unsafe movement.March 18 — Karyn D. Cardinale, 48, of Sewickley, was charged with four felony counts of retail theft after police began investigating separate incidents of retail theft committed at the Costco store in Cranberry Township.

10:28 p.m., March 31 — Mausee Salishmahn Brown, 43, of Butler, was charged with possession of heroin and crack cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana. Brown was charged after a traffic stop on New Castle Road.
