Johnston, Brown enjoy racing wins
WASHINGTON, Pa. — Owner/trainer Gary Johnston of Evans City and driver Brady Brown on Slippery Rock picked up victories during harness racing Wednesday at The Meadows.
Johnston’s horse, Chatty Devon, won a $9,000 Conditioned Pace. The 4-year-old mare has won twice in a month after snapping a 34-race losing streak.
Brown drove All Day Sunshine to victory at 4-1 odds.
