UPMC is hosting a free Alive and Well virtual event live at noon Friday.

The discussion will center on lumbar and cervical spinal stenosis as well as treatment options — both the surgical and the non-surgical — available for each.

In addition to the discussion, participants will be able to learn more about nerve compression, sciatica and disc herniations.

This presentation is free and open to the public.
