Several Butler County bowlers will be competing in the Western Regional over the next two weeks, representing the Western Pa. InterscholasticBowling League.

Butler’s boys and girls teams will participate in the team competition, slated for March 6 (boys) and March 13 (girls) at North Versailles Bowl.

The boys individual regional is this Friday, the girls March 12, also at North Versailles.

County boys qualifiers are Rocco Rice, Alex Ekas and Eric Devore of Butler, Mark Livingston, Blake Olson and Issiac Spencer of Freeport, Jason Hartenstein of Seneca Valley.

County girls qualifiers are Rachael Blose, Reegan Malis, Lauren Bash, Kelsee MCConnell, Harley Kriess and Madison Weiland of Butler, Julia Cummings, Mackensie Livingston, Amber Cepec and Samantha Lynn of Freeport.
