AHN names president at Grove City Medical Center
Dr. David Tupponce
Allegheny Health Network on Monday named Dr. David Tupponce as its new president of Grove City Medical Center.
According to a news release, Tupponce formally replaces former President Dr. Allan Klapper. Tupponce had served as the hospital’s interim president since August 2020 while a presidential search was conducted.
AHN is composed of 13 hospitals and hundreds of additional clinical locations across Western Pennsylvania.
Tupponce was a family medicine chief resident at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and his clinical background includes service as a hospitalist and family practice physician.
