Penn State football declining bowls
UNIVERSITY PARK — The Penn State football program will not participate in a bowl game this season.
The Nittany Lions (4-5) won their final four regular season games after an 0-5 start. The players elected not to play a bowl game and the decision was supported by head coach James Franklin.
