12:50 a.m. Sunday — A 42-year-old Slippery Rock man was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop at Route 173 and Stoughton Beach Road in Slippery Rock Township. Charges are pending, and police did not release the man's name.6:04 p.m. Saturday — No one was injured when cars driven by a 17-year-old Clarion County teen and Joshua K. Lance, 24, of Rimersburg, Clarion County, collided at Route 268 and Route 68 in Fairview Township. Police did not release the name of the teen, who is from Knox. He was cited for a stop-sign violation.3:02 p.m. Friday — Jeffrey L. Foster, 61, of Cabot, was seriously injured when he accidentally got pinned between a forklift and the back of a storage trailer at the parking lot of Thoma's Meat Market on Dinnerbell Road in Jefferson Township.Police said Foster was closing the rear doors of the trailer when the unmanned forklift coasted into him. He suffered multiple broken ribs and internal bleeding. He was taken to UPMC Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment. His condition was not available Monday.9 a.m. Thursday — Nicholas A. Martinkovich, 28, of West Sunbury, was arrested after he allegedly assaulted a 25-year-old West Sunbury woman during a domestic dispute on Jackson Road in Concord Township. The victim suffered an unspecified injury.Martinkovich left the scene, but police later found him. He was arraigned on charges of simple assault, harassment and driving with a suspended license. He was later released on nonmonetary bail.6:40 p.m. Dec. 1 — Seth T. Clark 23, of Butler lost control of his car and struck a fence after crossing over both lanes on the 400 block of Brownsdale Road in Forward Township. He was not injured, but his car had to be towed. Police cited Clark for driving too fast for conditions and disregarding traffic lanes.1:19 p.m. Nov. 29 — One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Muddy Creek Township. The wreck occurred when a pickup driven by a 16-year-old boy from McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, struck another pickup on the Interstate 79 southbound on-ramp at Route 488.The other driver, Robin D. Cancelliere, 56, of Ellwood City, suffered an apparent minor back injury, police said, but she refused medical treatment. Police did not release the name of the boy, who was not injured. Two of his passengers, a 15-year-old boy and a 78-year-old man, both of McKees Rocks, also were not injured.Police said the teen driver was cited for making an improper left turn.
