The extent of his injuries was not known. Jackson appeared to have only minor cuts.Police said the defendant appeared impaired and he failed field sobriety tests. An officer found an open container of alcohol under his car seat.Later, police said, he was unable to perform a breath test.Jackson's preliminary hearing was not immediately scheduled.
