Mars Area School Board approved several items Tuesday night during a virtual meeting, including:

- A 2021 board meeting calendar

- A staffing services agreement with Delta T Group for daily substitute custodians

- Trina Montes, Kirk Winstead and Leigh Buckley as volunteer judges for speech and debate club

- Resignations for Dennis Newman, Cindy Andree and Erin Bridge

- Leave for Katie Haney, and under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, 14 unnamed district employees

- Erika Brunner and Taylor Takacs as substitute teachers, with salary and benefits totaling $51,916 each

- Kelli Kolder and Sarah Sondej as teacher mentors, with $600 stipends each

- Joe Cioc as a wrestling coach, with a $3,114 stipend

- Ben Colwell as a basketball coach, with a $3,150 stipend.
