Man flown to hospital with severe injuries from attack
Authorities called a medical helicopter Wednesday morning to Clay Township for a man who was severely attacked, according to state police.
According to police, a man in his 20s was eventually flown to Allegheny General Hospital for severe injuries. Police continue to investigate the attack against the victim. Calls for police came in around 11:30 a.m. to a trailer home on Queen Junction Road for a man that was described as suffering from facial and other injuries.
According to state police, the incident is being investigated as an aggravated assault, and no one has been charged in the attack.
Firefighters from the Unionville Volunteer Fire Company also responded to the emergency, but their responders were not available for comment.
No other information was immediately available.
