1:21 a.m. Sunday — Alexis Minton, 21, of East Butler was arrested for driving under the influence after a traffic stop on West Cunningham Street near West New Castle Street.Police said Minton was subsequently taken for a breath test, which allegedly showed her blood-alcohol level was 0.195 percent. A level of 0.08 percent is considered intoxicated under state law. She is charged with DUI.

9:28 p.m. Tuesday — Twin brothers Jason A. Green and Jamie A. Green, both 46, allegedly assaulted each other during an altercation at their home on Peterson Street in Lyndora. Jamie Green was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. Both siblings are charged with simple assault and harassment.Oct. 21 — Ryan A. Glagola, 28, and Shanna R. Robison, 32, both of Butler were charged with having heroin and other drug contraband stemming from a traffic stop earlier in the month. The car was stopped around 4 p.m. Oct. 13 on Route 8 at the Greater Butler Mart.Police said they seized 10 stamp bags of suspected heroin, syringes and a crack pipe following the stop. Both defendants are charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Glagola is also charged with driving with a suspended license.
