1:20 a.m. Nov. 5 — Tyler A. Albright, 28, of Butler Township, allegedly was found with medication for which he did not have a prescription as well as a portion of a marijuana blunt and a marijuana vape following a traffic stop on Franklin Street. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance and a small amount of marijuana and driving without a license.Nov. 5 — Police charged Tegan V. Mueller, 20, of Butler Township, with intentionally damaging the back window and the driver's side mirror of a sport utility vehicle at the Greenview Garden Apartments in the early morning of Nov. 1. Damage was estimated at nearly $500.Mueller is charged with a misdemeanor count of criminal mischief.

Monday — Police charged Arthur E. Boring Jr., 54, of Butler, stemming from a disturbance call last month at the Sheetz store on Route 8 South. Police pulled him over around 9:40 p.m. Oct. 26 as he was driving from the store.Results of a blood test, according to a police report, showed he had a high level of alcohol and marijuana in his system.Boring is charged with driving under the influence, DUI, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs.3:06 p.m. Nov. 9 — Jamie Strayer, 35, of Butler, was injured when a car struck her as she was walking in the crosswalk at Hansen Avenue and Pillow Street. She was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries. The driver, Verena E. Dent, 77, of Butler, was cited for failing to yield the right of way to a pedestrian.

12:18 a.m. Monday — Jacob C. Seybert, 25, was arrested after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend during a domestic dispute at his home on Sunburst Court in Center Township. He is accused of hitting the victim in the head with a partially empty can of beer.The woman suffered a cut that required two staples to close, according to court documents. She was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital.Seybert was arraigned on charges of simple assault and harassment. He was placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $2,500 bond following arraignment.

10:01 p.m. Oct. 10 — Sara Patton, 39, of Kittanning, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence stemming from a disturbance call on Westgate Drive in East Franklin Township. Police said charges are pending.
