ADAMS TWP — Adams Planning Commission approved a number of items Wednesday night, including:

- A lot line revision for the Gregory Hull property, which would acquire about 1/4 acre of available space from Gabriel Crest for a property along Hespenheide Road

- Tabling the Harlan Simons Industrial/Residential plan, located along Dobson Road

- Tabling final approval of Amherst Village Phase 5, which, along with Phases 6 and 7, includes 288 single- and multifamily housing units north of Route 228

MARS — Council members approved a couple items Monday night, including:- A $48,185 annual insurance renewal through Spectrum Insurance Services- Temporarily allowing business owner Brian Cooper to direct two-way traffic on the first segment of Duncan Alley from Crowe Avenue for Christmas tree sales- The board met in executive session after the meeting for personnel and legal matters.
