Candy graveyard, movie set Thursday

A Halloween celebration is set for 4:30 p.m. Thursday in Cranberry Township. Food trucks will begin serving at 4:30 p.m. with the animated film “The Addams Family” showing at 6:30 p.m. at Sample School House.

A Candy Graveyard, organized by Cranberry Township Public Library, will be offered from 5 to 6 p.m. in the front parking lot, allowing children 3 to 8 years old to trick-or-treat at several different gravestones. This portion of the event is open while treats last.

There is no admission cost. Social distancing will be maintained and masks should be worn unless eating or drinking.
