State Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, R-12th, said he and many other pro-Second Amendment state lawmakers will join with gun owners from across the state for this year’s Rally to Protect Your Right to Keep and Bear Arms at 11 a.m. Tuesday on the front steps of the State Capitol Complex in Harrisburg.

Speakers will include Kelly Ann Pidgeon, Armed and Feminine LLC; Joshua Prince, chief counsel, Firearms Industry Consulting Group; Grant Schmidt, founder and lead instructor, Shot Tec, LLC; Marc Scaringi, founding attorney, Scaringi Law; Kim Stolfer, president, Firearms Owners Against Crime and several state lawmakers.
