Work has begun to renovate the CoGo's on Route 8 in Middlesex Township and reopen the store as a Coen convenience store. The store has been closed since the front of the building was struck by a vehicle in May. Two women died and another was injured in the crash. The work is expected to take six to eight weeks to complete. The store will employ 12 to 16 people when it reopens.
