Charges include corruption of minors
An Ohio man is accused of propositioning a married woman, and when he was turned down by her, allegedly doing the same with an 11-year-old boy.
District Judge Kevin P. O'Donnell held charges Thursday against Matthew Creighton Robinson, 35, of Lyndhurst, Ohio, for a felony corruption of minors charge, and misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure, harassment and open lewdness.
Robinson was arraigned March 30 on a $5,000 bond, which he posted June 3.
According to Butler Township Police, the incident occurred while Robinson was in a car with the victim, who stopped at a gas station in Lyndora on March 28.
Robinson appeared to be aroused, and he began to make “lewd comments” to the woman and told her to perform oral sex on him, police said. He is also accused of exposing himself to the boy and propositioning him.
Police were notified about the alleged exposure on April 3 through ChildLine, and on May 7 authorities held a forensic interview with the victim.
Robinson's next court appearance is scheduled for September.
