I miss you. Not with the constant ache of years past, but with a more gentle desire to see your face and hear your voice saying hello.

It’s your Birthday and as we gather to remember; I will pause and wonder what your life would be like today.

While we sing Happy Birthday, the years will melt away and I’ll feel the amazing joy and love that filled me the day you were born.
