April Claus, of Interactive Environmental Programs, kicks off Butler County Parks and Recreation's Outdoor Discovery Series at Alameda Park on Thursday evening with a presentation on reptiles.

Butler County Parks and Recreation's Outdoor Discovery Series kicked off Thursday with “Intro to Reptiles & Amphibians of Pennsylvania.” The program continues at 6:30 p.m. Thursdays at the Oddfellows Shelter at Alameda Park. This week's program will be “Trail Pittsburgh,” a hiking and biking trail presentation. The June 25 program will feature birds, mammals and more.
