Butler Township

5:11 p.m. May 19 — Police responded to reports of two men fighting each other at Eat’n Park on New Castle Road. When they arrived, they saw two men leaving in a car. Later, police located the car and the men on Alameda Road. They charged the driver Matthew Kovocovsky, 49, of Butler with driving under the influence and disorderly conduct and Michael Watt, 45, of Butler was charged with disorderly conduct.

5:07 p.m. Jan. 20 — Richard J. McGee faces charges of sale or transfer of firearms and unsworn falsification to authorities after police say he attempted to buy a firearm from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Butler Township even though he is not allowed to buy a gun.
