COVID UPDATE 5/1: Butler County not included in first round of reopenings
Butler County will not be in the first wave of reopening, according to an Associated Press report.
Less than one hour before Wolf's 2 p.m. news conference, AP reported the governor's administration planned to open Bradford, Cameron, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Clinton, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, Jefferson, Lawrence, Lycoming, McKean, Mercer, Montour, Northumberland, Potter, Snyder, Sullivan, Tyoga, Union, Venango and Warren counties.
These counties would shift from Red to Yellow designation in Wolf's color-coded reopening procedure.
