The American Red Cross plans two blood drives in the area.

A blood drive will be conducted from 2 to 7 p.m. May 16 at the Rose E. Schneider Family YMCA, 2001 Ehrman Road, Cranberry Township.

A drive is also scheduled from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 14 at the East Main Presbyterian Church, 120 E. Main St., Grove City.

The American Red Cross says donors must make an appointment. Only donors with appointments can be accepted at this time. Each donor is to bring their own mask or one will be provided. Social distancing will be maintained as much as possible.

Those unable to make their appointments are asked to cancel so another person can donate.
