A bed and breakfast in Grove City is closing its doors after 22 years.

Ryan and Molly Mercer, the current owners, took over the Terra Nova House Bed and Breakfast in 2011. The business had two previous owners since it opened in 1997.

Molly Mercer is the chief financial officer at Slippery Rock University.

The Mercers are closing so they can focus on family and travel.

“We want to extend our sincerest thanks for your support over the years. We have such fond memories of our guests,” the couple said in a Facebook announcement about the closing.

The Mercers will retain the property and building as their home.
