Driver suffers minor injuries
A male driver suffered minor injuries after losing control of his car and hitting a tree on West Sunbury Road in Clay Township on Wednesday afternoon. State police said the driver momentarily took his eyes off the road while traveling north and struck a tree at 1054 West Sunbury Road. He was taken by ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital. The West Sunbury Volunteer Fire Department also responded to the accident.
