Monday — Hunter P. Snow, 21, of Butler was charged with being more than twice the state’s legal limit for alcohol stemming from a Nov. 29 crash on Litman Road. Police said he left the scene of the crash but was found a short time later. He was not hurt but his vehicle had to be towed.

Snow was taken for a blood test that showed his blood-alcohol level was 0.175 percent, according to court documents. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08 percent is considered intoxicated under state law. He also had marijuana in his system.

He is charged with driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs, DUI, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, hit-and-run, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and reckless driving.

8:01 p.m. Saturday — Angela N. Stietenroth, 23, of Butler was caught with suspected marijuana and other drug contraband after a one-vehicle crash on Mercer Road. Police said Stietenroth, the driver, was not hurt but her car had to be towed.

She is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and driving too fast for conditions.

10:39 a.m. Saturday — Christopher Worst, 33, of Butler lost control of his vehicle and crashed on Route 422 east. He was not injured but his vehicle had to be towed.

10:55 a.m. Jan. 23 — Travis J. Zaborowski, 30, of Butler was arrested after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend during a domestic dispute at her apartment on Arbor Street. He is also accused of threatening to kill her while standing outside in front of the apartment. Zaborowski was arraigned on charges of simple assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. He was placed in the Butler County Prison on $10,000 bond following arraignment.

8:03 p.m. Jan. 21 — A vehicle driven by Amanda Criley, 22, of Chicora struck a deer on Route 422 near the Bon Aire exit ramp. She was not injured.
