Pelaia, Black spark Mars' tourney win
Mars' frontcourt duo of Bella Pelaia and Ava Black proved too much for Our Lady of the Sacred Heart in the first round of the Hempfield Christmas Tournament Friday.
Both forwards, Pelaia scored 18 points and Black tallied 13 to lead the Planets (6-1), who held the Chargers scoreless in the second quarter.
