These items have been collected from various police departments.

10:10 p.m. Saturday — Jesse C. Reigh, 38, and Kelly N. Bowser, 36, both of Center Township, allegedly were caught with suspected drug contraband following a traffic stop at Walker and Brugh avenues.

Reigh, the driver, is accused of having four empty drug stamp bags, a syringe, a drug-smoking pipe and spoon, and a tourniquet. Bowser, a passenger, is accused of having two empty drug stamp bags and a plastic baggie corner with residue.

Both defendants are charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Reigh also is charged with driving an unregistered vehicle.

1:30 p.m. Dec. 13 — Hope E. Charlton, 33, of Butler and a 16-year-old with her were caught allegedly shoplifting $33.10 in merchandise at the Butler Commons' Dollar General store. Charlton, who has two prior shoplifting convictions, is charged with felony counts of retail theft and conspiracy, and a misdemeanor count of corruption of minors.The teen, who police did not identify, is charged in juvenile court with retail theft and conspiracy.7:12 a.m. Dec. 13 — Two people were injured in a three-vehicle crash on Route 68 at South Duffy Road. Two of the drivers — Eric Day, 34, of Butler and Sonja Downing, 52, of Lyndora — suffered minor injuries, but refused medical treatment.The accident occurred when a vehicle driven by Eric R. Strawn, 50, of Renfrew struck Day's vehicle. The collision caused Day's car to spin into Downing's vehicle.All three vehicles had to be towed. Police cited Strawn for failing to stop at a red light.5:59 p.m. Dec. 11 — A vehicle driven by Margaret Rieger, 77, of Butler turned in front of another vehicle, causing a crash on Route 8 north. Steven Hinchberger, 62, of Butler was the other driver. Police reported there was one minor injury in the accident.Dec. 11 — Michael A. Cumblidge, 44, of Butler was charged with illegally trying to buy a firearm at a Route 68 gun store in September.Police said Cumblidge allegedly provided false information on a federal form that was required Sept. 10 when he attempted to buy a 9 mm pistol at Down Range Supply.When his information was entered into the Pennsylvania Instant Check system, he was denied the purchase. He is charged with unlawfully attempting to buy a firearm, a felony, and unsworn falsification to authorities, a misdemeanor.4:41 p.m. Dec. 9 — Andrew J. McCue, 33, of Butler allegedly was caught with drugs and other contraband following his arrest on a warrant at the Butler Crossing McDonald's restaurant.Police said that when they searched McCue, they found five stamp bags and three empty bags of suspected heroin and a used syringe. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

8:15 p.m. Dec. 12 — A car driven by Berkeley B. Robinson, 21, of Butler turned at a red light and struck a pickup at North Main Street and Mercer Road in Center Township. No one was injured.6:29 p.m. Dec. 11 — A Washington County teenager lost control of his car and crashed, hitting a ditch and overturning, on Stoughton Road at Crestview Road in Slippery Rock Township. Joseph P. Pascarelli, 19, of Cecil was not hurt, but his car had to be towed. He was cited for driving too fast for conditions.6:15 p.m. Dec. 11 — No injuries were reported in a three-vehicle accident in Slippery Rock Township. The crash occurred when an SUV driven by Tiana S. Baughman, 26, of Dawson, Fayette County, slid into the back of an unidentified vehicle that was stopped on Stoughton Road at Route 173.The SUV continued past the stop sign and into the intersection, hitting a pickup traveling on Route 173. Troy J. Grossman, 44, of Slippery Rock was driving the pickup.The driver of the unidentified vehicle drove away. Baughman's SUV had to be towed.5:22 p.m. Dec. 11 — A car driven by Kelly A. Davidson, 54, of Harmony and an SUV driven by Paul M. Colbert, 42, of Butler collided on Route 422 west near the West Park Road overpass in Muddy Creek Township.7:25 p.m. Dec. 9 — Terry L. Everly, 63, of Butler lost control of his car and struck a concrete barrier on North Duffy Road in Center Township. Neither Everly nor his passenger was injured. Police cited him for driving too fast for conditions.10 a.m. Dec. 8 — Carolyn I. Dunlap, 76, of Franklin, Venango County, lost control of her SUV and struck a utility pole along Stanford Road just north of Pfeifer Road in Muddy Creek Township.1:38 p.m. Aug. 7 — Charges of purchasing a firearm under false pretenses were filed against Ruth Glass, 63, of Cranberry Township after she attempted to purchase a firearm at a Center Township business. Glass is federally prohibited from purchasing firearms.

5 p.m. Saturday — At least three people were injured, two seriously, when Jamie L. Kifer, 34, of Rimersburg, Clarion County, lost control of her sport utility vehicle and began to fishtail around a curve on Route 68 near Simpson Road in Madison Township.Police said the SUV spun into the opposite lane and caused a collision with a car driven by Daniel J. Patsy, 69, of Rimersburg. Both drivers suffered apparently serious injuries. They were taken to Clarion Hospital.Kifer’s passenger, Jessica Divins, 37, of Rimersburg, suffered a suspected minor injury.
