POLICE REPORTS
Tuesday — Ronald A. Moculski Jr., 29, of Butler was arraigned on felony charges in connection with the theft of a car last month. Police said he was found around 11:25 a.m. Nov. 28 in a stolen Ford Fusion on Old Plank Road.
He was arraigned on felony counts of theft and receiving stolen property, a misdemeanor charge of unauthorized used of a vehicle, and a summary charge of driving with a suspended license.
He was released on his own recognizance following arraignment.
Monday — Jordan T. Pitzer, 36, of Butler was charged with drugged driving stemming from a traffic incident last month on Hansen Avenue. Police said they found him around 10:45 p.m. Nov. 7 slumped over the wheel of a car stopped in the middle of the road.
Pitzer is charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving an registered vehicle, and illegally parking within 30 feet of a traffic signal.
8:56 a.m. Nov. 28 — Troy E. Wroblewski, 49, was arrested after he allegedly punched one of his sons in the stomach and grabbed him by the throat during a domestic dispute at his home on the 900 block of West New Castle Street.Police said Wroblewski also placed another son “in fear of imminent serious bodily injury” by causing extensive damage to the inside of the house.Wroblewski was arraigned on two counts of simple assault. He was placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail following arraignment.
11:56 p.m. Nov. 28 — Dominic J. Robele, 23, of Butler was injured when the SUV he was driving struck a deer on Route 8 in Penn Township. He was wearing a seat belt, and his injury was believed to be minor. His vehicle had to be towed.
