PENN TWP — There will be “Breakfast with Santa” fundraiser from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday in the social hall of Nixon United Methodist Church, 334 Airport Road.

There will be pancakes, sausage, drinks and fresh baked goods. Santa Claus will make an appearance, and attendees will receive a free printed picture to take home.

Admission is by donation. Proceeds will benefit the church youth group and Boy Scout Troop 53.

EAST BRADY — Santa will arrive by rescue boat for the East Brady Area We Believe Light-Up Night festivities Saturday.The We Believe event will start at 9 a.m. with various sales and lunch at the Allegheny Hills Retirement Residence, 421 Kelly's Way, and Mortimer's Music and Antiques, 304 Third Street.An open house and children's activities start at 10 a.m. at Steele's Brushes and Lushes, Suite 13, and Arnold Beabout Community Center, 502 Ferry St.From 4 to 5 p.m., coffee, hot chocolate, popcorn and handmade cookies will be available at Veterans Memorial Park on Kelly's Way and the Farmer's National Bank parking lot. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be escorted by rescue boat by the East Brady Fire Company volunteers and photos with the couple will be offered by the East Brady Baptist Church.Treat bags will be provided by the East Brady Riverfest committee.Light-up festivities at Veterans Memorial Park start at 5 p.m. and include recognition of veteran Vito DiPento.Christmas carolers from Mother Goose Christian Preschool and the First Presbyterian Church of East Brady will perform as holiday trees and candles are lit.Tickets to a raffle to benefit the East Brady Area Development Corporation projects will be sold. The We Believe event is co-sponsored by the development corporation and East Brady Borough.

CRANBERRY TWP — Santa will be in the township for milk and cookies Dec. 7 and 8 in the Town Square.Hour sessions are offered at 11:30 a.m., 12:45 p.m. and 2 p.m. at the township municipal center, 2525 Rochester Road.A holiday craft and the opportunity to take a photograph with Santa will be offered.Pre-registration is required; visit the township's website or call 724-779-4386, Ext. 1129. Santa’s Workshop, open to children pre-kindergarten through second grade, will be from 10 a.m. to noon Dec. 7 at Butler Catholic School, 515 E. Locust St.The event will include crafts for children and a visit with Santa.Admission is $5 per child with an additional $5 for a photograph with Santa.
