Familiar sound of the holiday
Frank Miller greets shoppers outside the Butler Walmart while collecting donations for the Salvation Army on Monday. It is his fifth year as a volunteer to collect donations. He says he enjoys volunteering for a worthy cause. “I get to meet thousands of people each day,” he said.
