SLIPPERY ROCK — Three Slippery Rock University football players have received PSAC West Athlete of the Week honors.

Quarterback Roland Rivers III is Offensive Athlete of the Week after throwing for 280 yards and four touchdowns, rushing for 135 yards in a 31-28 win over California (Pa.).

Safety Dalton Holt is Co-Defensive Athlete of the Week after intercepting a pass and recording 12 tackles against California.

Jake Chapla is Special Teams Athlete of the Week after booting the game-winning 24-yard feld goal and scoring seven points in the game.
