Tours of Preston Park, including the residence and the grounds, will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 30, for a Thanksgiving-weekend walk. Admission is free, but registration is required and spaces are limited. Tours can also be specially arranged for groups. The park is at 415 S. Eberhart Road, Butler Township. Jennings Environmental Education Center, Route 528, Brady Township, will be the site of Project Feeder Watch which will be conducted from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday so participants can learn how to count birds at feeders and help scientists track long-term trends in bird distribution and abundance.
