BRITTNEY BIANCO (Freeport) had 19 assists and eight digs as the Point Park University women’s volleyball team ended IU Kokomo’s 44-match River States Conference win streak, 3-1.

CHAD PAKOZDI (Butler) led the Thiel College mens cross country team with a time of 28 minutes, 52 seconds at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble.

BARBIE CESSAR (Slippery Rock) won the 100 and 200-meter breaststroke events in Penn State Behrend’s 175-90 women’s swimming victory over Alfred State. Cessar swam a leg of the winning 200 medley relay as well.

MATT KARANBAUER (Knoch) won the 200 and 100 butterfly events in Penn State Behrend’s 162-117 men’s swimming victory over Alfred State.

COURTNEY GRUBBS (Freeport) had 32 assists, eight digs and two blocks as the Thiel women’s volleyball team defeated Chatham, 3-0.

LUKE SALERNO (Karns City) had 14 tackles, a quarterback sack and forced fumble from his linebacker spot as Grove City’s football team defeated Waynesburg, 42-24.

KATIE McCLYMONDS (Slippery Rock) had 19 digs in the Grove City 3-2 women’s volleyball victory over Washington & Jefferson.
