SRU's Rivers earns PSAC West honors
SLIPPERY ROCK — Slippery Rock University quarterback Roland Rivers III has been named PSAC West Offensive Athlete of the Week.
Rivers completed 21 of 26 passes for 336 yards and six touchdowns in The Rock’s 49-0 win over Millersville. He has completed 76 percent of his passes this season for 1,113 yards, 16 TDs and no interceptions.
